Over a third of their salesforce earned over £300k last year and a number earned double this, so the escalators on the comm plan do work! Already this year at least 2 individuals in the UK team will have earned over £600k

In return for an excellent package, they will expect you to have a really strong track record of over achievement. We are looking for those who are regularly hitting the £180 k to 250k actual earnings andwho want to continue to do so!

You will be given a good mix of accounts some Tier one and Some Tier 2, and will be expected to develop and win trust in the account and identify projects and opportunities where you can achieve a target of between$2m to $2.5 million.
