Kingston Consulting Global Limited provides executive search, assessment and recruitment services to a range of clients globally and this Policy explains how we process personal data within our business to deliver these services.

This policy applies to you whether you are a client, candidate for one of our clients, an individual that we maybe assessing as an employee for a client, a referee or a source providing information.

WHAT WE DO
Our clients depend on talented individuals and leaders to achieve growth and success and we work to bring individuals and organisations together. Clients utilise our services to find suitable candidates for roles within their organisation and talent mapping exercises that help us and our clients understand where upcoming talent is emerging.

We hold and process data under the lawful basis of ‘Legitimate interest’ and that such action is in the Legitimate Interest of the company in pursuing the purposes outlined above.

PERSONAL INFORMATION
We collect various types of information; for example, as a potential candidate information such as your name and contact details, information about your past and current employment and professional experience, educational background, language skills, and other data that you provide online, via email, through a form or a resume or CV you may provide.

As a Client, the types of information for example may be your name, contact details, title or position, services requested, or other information that you provide via online forms or email correspondence.

With all visitors, we do not wish to collect any “sensitive” Personal Information, such as racial or ethnic origin, age, political, religious, or philosophical beliefs, sexual life, social security or other government identification numbers, trade union membership, health or medical conditions, or criminal history unless legally required for recruiting purposes.

HOW WE USE PERSONAL INFORMATION
• Processing job applications, in partnership with our clients, who we often advertise job vacancies for – this means that if you apply for a specific job, we may pass your details on to the relevant client to proceed with the application and you understand that this means you may receive further direct correspondence from them;

• We may use Personal Information to answer your questions, to provide you with requested information, and to undertake activities in connection with the business of executive search or other services, such as evaluating candidate qualifications, contacting named references, and communicating with Clients about potential candidates. We also may use Personal Information for the purposes of testing and maintaining our company databases, networks, and computer systems, and for training and other internal purposes.

INFORMATION ABOUT OTHERS
If you provide us with information about other individuals, for example details of a referee or personal contact, you must ensure that they have agreed to you providing us with their details. We would advise you to keep a record of their agreement and provide them with a copy of, or link to, this Policy to avoid any concern.
