KINGSTON SPARTANS RAISE MONEY FOR CHARITY
Everybody knows somebody that is affected by Cancer and the effect it has on family and friends when someone close to you is in the final months and weeks of their life.
We are asking everyone we know, family, friends, work colleagues, clients and candidates to dig deep into their pockets and provide just a few £ Pounds, $ Dollars or € Euros for a charity that survives purely on Donations. Due to the tough economic climate, their good work may have to come to a close, because of lack of funding.

The ‘Team’ at Kingston Consulting are taking part in a Grueling Race called the Spartan Race which is an Obstacle Race designed by seven insane ultra-athletes and a Royal Marine. If you have tried/seen trail races, mud runs, tough guy fun runs, or a warrior dash, it's time to step up to a brutal Spartan Race obstacle course. Why Spartan? Because the Spartans were tough as nails.
Why race The Spartan obstacle course races?
Because we all thrive under pressure, survival of the fittest. The goal is simple... to get you off your couch, throw you in the mud & trails, and feed you one tough endurance event day that will be the adrenalin rush of your life and at the same time, raise money for a most amazing charity, a Hospice which was started by an English Lady when her husband died.
So the Team at Kingston Consulting (knows as The Kingston Spartans) is taking part on 16th October in the Spartan Sprint and it will challenge their agility, determination and stamina. It is a 3+ mile event with 10 or more obstacles including running through fire, swimming through a muddy river, climbing ropes, monkey bars, crawling under wires, dragging stones on ropes etc., … it will test their resilience, strength, stamina, quick decision making skills, and ability to laugh in the face of adversity.
They are doing this all for the Hospice, Cudeca and please support them in their hour of need !
We are hoping to raise at least £2,000 towards the 500,000 they need a year to keep the hospice running, and so your kind donation will be very much appreciated. One of the Directors of Kingston Consulting has used the services of the Hospice for her father, and they have provided amazing care and support during a very difficult time.
