'C'-King
The 'C'King service is accepted as a fast, confidential and efficient method of recruiting key 'C' Level and senior executive level or strategic individuals.
In some instances confidentiality is key and the ability to attract and secure the best senior talent in the shortest timescales possible is offered with this service. With the 'C'King service, dedicated resource is committed to the project, and suitable Senior Consultants with the relevant market expertise and network of contacts will manage the assignment.
'C'King targets those candidates who are not generally looking to move and who are often successfully employed elsewhere, as opposed to advertising, which attracts individuals actively seeking a career move.
- Following a thorough briefing with the client, a list of target companies is drawn up and, using our knowledge and excellent network, initial approaches are made. Once initial suitability and interest has been established, they are invited for interview with Kingston Consulting, at a place convenient to the candidate or sometimes at a client’s premises.
- During a face to face interview we are able to discern more fully their suitability for the role and give them an in-depth briefing on the role, provide them with a Client Briefing Pack and full job specification.
- A short list of candidates is drawn up and interviews arranged with the client. Along with the CV we provide interview notes and comments on their suitability for the role.
- We then manage the 2nd and subsequent meetings to offer stage. At the offer stage we are happy to broker an offer verbally prior to written confirmation, or the client may prefer to handle this themselves.
- Following offer which we are very happy to broker, we assist with reference checking, if required, and ensure successful resignation and that the relevant paperwork is returned, and a start date is confirmed.
