•    Direct Sales or Recruitment Experience
•    Understanding of IT / Technical industries
•    Professional phone manner – able to speak to people at all levels
•    Clear ambition and goals
•    Good interviewing and qualifying techniques
•    Strong questioning skills
•    Good use of IT resourcing skills using the Internet

•    Are you comfortable winning new clients?
•    Are you comfortable qualifying a candidate in salary of over a £100k?
•    Are you comfortable speaking with a Director or CEO of a company to pitch our value add?
•    Would you be comfortable presenting to a client in a face to face situation and demonstrate good closing skills?
