DEBBIE MASLEN, DIRECTOR AND CO FOUNDER

An experienced IT sales professional and joint founder of Kingston Consulting which was set up over 11 years ago to fulfill the need to provide a different  and alternative method of attracting the best talent in the market .  A new and very focused service based on quality, speed of delivery cost effective headhunting services to the IT industry across Europe and the Middle East.

Prior to working for a City Search firm, Debbie spent nearly 10 years in IT Sales (6 years at Compaq Computer in Major Account Sales and Channel Sales), and prior to this 3 years selling software ERP and CRM solutions which enables her to relate to her clients and candidates easily.

Debbie’s focus is on setting and enabling the highest levels of professional standards and client service — all with the aim of delivering outstanding results for  clients and candidates.

COLIN SAVAGE, DIRECTOR & CO-FOUNDER 

Colin has spent over 13 years in Executive Recruitment within IT and Co-Founded Kingston Consulting 11 years ago having worked alongside Debbie in a City Search firm.  Colin has extensive experience of working with some of the most progressive and exciting global software organizations.   

He remains an active Principal Consultant, focusing on Senior Sales, other senior executive assignments and board work and manages specific Specialist Practice areas.  One of his current focus areas is the development of the Middle East market.

Prior to co-founding Kingston Consulting, Colin worked for a City IT search firm where he was consistently the top performing Senior Consultant and prior to this worked for one of the largest recruitment organisations with over 150 branches.

NICHOLAS CHARLES, NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

As Non-Executive Director and advisor to Kingston Consulting, Nick brings almost 20 years in the IT industry within Enterprise Sales, having worked for enterprise software organizations in the software development and security space.  In the last 10 years he has focused on successful start-ups in the PKI, intrusion detection, authentication and network identity sectors and is currently Regional Country Manager for a leading global provider of infrastructure for identity-driven networks.

Nick provides a useful sounding board and mentor to the business along with good industry knowledge and Sales and Management expertise.
